Howard has appeared in several leading guitar magazines, including Guitar Player, Guitar World, Guitar One and Premier Guitar.

Along with his solo releases he has also contributed to several compilation CDs, including the new "Les Paul Dedication" release,
appearing alongside Jeff Beck, Steve Vai and others. He has recorded for Guitar On The Edge, Guitar One Recordings and Bohemian Productions. He is currently contracted with Getty Music Productions and Pump Audio.

Howard studied guitar and music theory with guitar great Jody Fisher, and he is currently writing, recording and producing music in a variety of genres for both Getty and Pump. His music has been licensed by EMI America, Dreamworks, BMG, Cherry Lane Music, the Doctor Phil Show and others.

Howard teaches beginning, intermediate and advanced guitar, as well as bass, ukelele and beginning piano. He also teaches the latest in digital audio recording, allowing his students to write and record their own songs, or just jam out as part of their weekly classes.
